Downloading and using art is quick and easy. Browse the categories to find the images you want and click on the file format(JPG or TIF) to begin the download.
How to copy clip art to your hard drive
To save the image to your computer you have two options.
Option 1:
Right-click the file format for the image you would like to download and save.
Left-click Save Target As.
Select the folder where you would like to save the image in the Save In field.
Change the file name if you would like.
Click Save.
When the file is finished downloading click Close on the download box.
Option 2:
Click on the file format for the image you would like to download and save.
Wait for the image to completely download.
Click File.
Click Save As.
Select the folder where you would like to save the image in the Save In field.
Change the file name if you would like.
Click Save.
Hit the Back arrow to return to the previous page of Art Gallery images.
How to Insert Clip Art into a Word document
Open Microsoft Word.
Click on Insert.
Click Picture.
Then click From File.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the image in the Look In field.
Click on the file name.
Click on Insert.
The picture will display in your document.
How to resize an image
Click on the image.
An outline will appear on the image.
On the edges of the image and on the outline will be little boxes.
Click the little box and hold down the left mouse key and move the mouse to drag the image in-this will make the image smaller.
Click Format.
Click Picture to view the many options Microsoft Word provides to format the picture. You can use the Help feature in Word to explain all of the different options.
Click Save to save the document.
How to create stationery
Right-click the link PC.
Left-click Save Target As.
Select the folder where you would like to save the image in the Save In field.
Change the file name if you would like.
Click Save.
When the file is finished downloading click Close on the download box.
Open Microsoft Word.
Click on Insert.
Click Picture.
Then click From File.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the image in the Look In field.
Click on the file name.
Click on Insert.
The picture will display in your document.
Click on the picture.
Click Format.
Click Picture.
Click the Layout tab.
Click Behind Text.
Click OK.
Drag the edges of the image to the ends of the document.
Click Insert.
Click Text Box.
Draw the size of the text box on the stationery image.
Make sure the text box is highlighted.
Click Format.
Click Text Box.
Click Layout.
Select In Front of Text.
Click Colors and Lines.
Select No Line from the Line drop down to remove the border around the text box.
Click OK. With the text box highlighted, click Format.
Click Font.
Select the Font and Font Size you want.
Click OK.
Start typing in the text box.
Save the document.
